“THE ROAD TO SUMMERSLAM” SWEEPSTAKES
2007 OFFICIAL RULES

  1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. GOLD'S GYM "THE ROAD TO SUMMERSLAM" SWEEPSTAKES ("the Sweepstakes") is open only to (a) legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of July 15, 2007 or (b) legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Void in Puerto Rico, the Province of Quebec and where prohibited. Officers, directors, employees and agents of Gold's Gym International, Inc. ("Sponsor"), NMA Entertainment & Marketing ("Administrator"), World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. ("WWE"), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize providers, participating retail locations and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, with Sponsor, WWE and the Administrator, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), members of the immediate family of such individuals (including spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household with such individuals are ineligible. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on July 15, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on August 15, 2007. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, local, provincial and municipal laws. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes.
  2. Enter: There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes. ONLINE: Between 12:00:01 AM (ET) on July 15, 2007 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on August 15, 2007 ("Entry Period"), you (the "Participant") may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting www.goldsgym.com. Participants must complete the online registration form and click on the "Submit" button during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and/or per email address per day. By entering the Sweepstakes online, participants acknowledge that they are aware of and agree with the Sponsor's privacy policy located at: http://www.goldsgym.com/privacy/. Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate are void. Duplicate entries submitted by the same person or the same email address, on the same day are void. Sponsor, WWE and all other Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware, software, malfunctions of the Participant's email provider, lost, late, incomplete entries or entries not received in time for the drawings. Entries not containing the required information and entries in excess of the stated limit by the same person will be disqualified. Proof of delivery or receipt of entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of entry. Any attempted form of entry other than described herein is void. Sponsor is not responsible for problems downloading entries from the website or for any other technical problems related to website entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired and award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or termination. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e mail account is registered. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. Online entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM (ET) on August 15, 2007.
  3. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and Five (5) First Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization on or about August 16, 2007, from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and/or overnight or US Mail on or about August 16, 2007. As a condition of winning, the Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return via fax, within 48 hours, and via overnight mail, within 3 business days of issuance of notification an Affidavit or Statement of Eligibility and Release from Liability ("Release") and a statement affirming the winner's grant of all rights in the submission and the right to use winner's name, likenesses (where legal), and entry in all media for promotional purposes to Sponsor and WWE solely in connection with this promotion and without additional consent or compensation. Failure to return any documents within the time specified or failure to respond to notification attempts or return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded, time permitting.
  4. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-Day/2-Night trip for two (2) to the Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey to attend the WWE SummerSlam which will take place August 26, 2007. Trip includes round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people from a major U.S. airport near winner's residence (Sponsor's choice), hotel accommodations (double occupancy) (Sponsor's choice), two (2) admission passes to WWE SummerSlam event (exact seats to be determined by Sponsor), ground transportation to/from New Jersey airport/hotel and $250 spending money (Awarded in the form of a Visa gift card) (Estimated Retail Value ("ERV"): $2,500 U.S.). Five (5) First Prizes: A $25 Gold's Gear gift certificate and $25 in WWE merchandise (ERV: $50 U.S. each). Total value of all prizes: $2,750 U.S.. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize package does not include taxes, insurance, telephone charges, personal expenses, gratuities, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All terms and conditions related to Visa gift card apply. The actual retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize may vary depending upon the point of departure and fare fluctuation. Travel dates and availability will be at the discretion of Sponsor. Grand Prize Trip must be taken between August 25, 2007 and August 27, 2007 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. No extension or change of trip dates by Grand Prize Winner will be permitted. Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Trip is subject to air/ground travel availability and all other prize and travel restrictions, as applicable. If a travel companion is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses, unless such parent/legal guardian is the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner's travel companion (or parent/legal guardian if a traveling companion is a minor) must sign and return a Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) prior to the issuance of travel documents. If a selected entrant is a Canadian resident, to be declared a winner, the entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question. In the event the winner's home is within 150 miles of the destination city, prize will not include air transportation and no other substitution or compensation will be provided. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prizes will be permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize of greater or equal value determined by Sponsor shall be allowed. Limit one (1) prize per person per household. If any part of the event is unable to take place as planned, for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts or an event of force majeure, the remaining components of the prize will be awarded and Sponsor's obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Any and all guarantees and warrantees are subject to manufacturer's terms and conditions and winners agree to look solely to said manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of merchandise prize.
  5. GENERAL: Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue and jurisdiction in Dallas County and all claims must be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas. By entering, Participants/winners agree: (1) to release the Sweepstakes Entities and their agents from all liability, loss or damage arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and with respect to their acceptance and use/misuse of the prizes; (2) to be bound by the Official Rules; (3) that the decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and (4) to the use of their names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes solely in connection with this promotion, in all media worldwide (including online) without additional consent or compensation, except in Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the actual value of the Grand Prize. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate or by any human or technical error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Caution: Any attempt by a Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage the website or any online service related to this Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Participants who violate the rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If a Participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that Participant's eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. As permitted by law in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, Sponsor may use information, which all Participants provide about themselves, to send them announcements about the Sponsor's products and programs via electronic and ordinary mail. An entry, except where prohibited by law, constitutes a grant of permission to the Sponsor or its agents to include winners' names on the www.goldsgym.com site and in connection with a Winners' List without further notice or without additional compensation.
  6. WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, available after September 3, 2007, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, to be postmarked no later than September 3, 2007 and received no later than September 10, 2007 to: GOLD'S GYM "THE ROAD TO SUMMERSLAM" SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS LIST, c/o NMA Entertainment & Marketing, 460 Park Avenue South, 6th Floor, New York, New York 10016. Canadian residents may omit return postage.
  7.
