Torrie Wilson Fitness Tips:
WEEK 1: Watch your diet! Everything in moderation! You can have a little bit of cake, but make sure you balance it out with some carrot sticks later on.
WEEK 2: I make sure to get in 45-60 minutes of cardio, 5 days a week. Running is the best thing for me, but you know what works well for you.
WEEK 3: You have to get a little bit of weight lifting in your workout to keep your muscles strong, and to fight the flab!
WEEK 4: Cut out carbohydrates late at night.
WEEK 5: I think a really big thing for people is to NOT skip a workout. I wake up a lot and feel tired and lazy, and I really don’t feel like working out. But when I feel that way, I make sure to go to the gym! In the first 10 minutes, my energy is up, and I’m SO glad I went!
